Measures implemented to ensure the safety of event staff and guests
・Mandatory use of masks for all staff.
・Installation of alcohol disinfectant in the clubhouse/restaurant / shared areas. ・Sanitisation and disinfection of facilities.
・Regular ventilation of indoor facilities.
・Full guest list including contact details will be collected in advance of the event. ・Bath is not available (shower only).
Guidelines to keep in mind when playing
・Please keep a distance of at least two meters between you and your fellow golfers during play and in the clubhouse. ・Please try to avoid being in close proximity to others and refrain from talking when using the carts. ・Only the player hitting the ball should be in the teeing area.
・Please refrain from using ball washers.
・Please refrain from borrowing balls, tee pegs and clubs, sharing drinks, etc.
Guidelines to keep in mind throughout the event
・Please wear a mask, wash your hands, disinfect, gargle, and practice coughing etiquette when inside the clubhouse. ・Please wear a mask on the shuttle bus.
・Please use the sanitizing stations before entering the reception area.
・Please wear a mask in the reception hall, except when eating and drinking.
・Please refrain from pouring drinks for other guests. ・Please refrain from taking group photos with other groups.
