The Full Swing Golf simulator available for home and commercial use provides the ultimate indoor golf experience. By combining the very best in software, ball tracking systems, image projection and touchscreen control, it provides golfers with a most accurate simulation of the game. Choose to practice, or play golf on any of 50 famous courses, or compete against friends using the built-in challenge games. Players use standard golf clubs and balls, and strike the ball as hard as they normally would on an outdoor course. The Full Swing system simulates light rough, heavy rough, sand areas and putting greens to make the game even more challenging. All elements of ball flight, including flight angle, ball speed and spin, are tracked by a built-in infrared system. The result is instantly displayed on the hitting/projection screen. The moment the golf ball strikes the screen, a computer-generated image of the ball takes over, flying up the fairway. The software tells the user where their ball is, what distance they have to the green, where they are aiming, and what the wind conditions are. Hooks, slices, topspin and backspin are all read accurately. Punch the ball low to avoid the wind while playing St. Andrews, and your shot does exactly what you intended on the screen. Of course it also reads those bad shots that make the game of golf so frustrating and addictive!
